Effective Date: 6/12/26Welcome to GoalExecution, a product owned and operated by GoalExecution LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms govern your use of our mobile application (“App”) and website (“Site”). By accessing or using GoalExecution, you agree to these Terms.
EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use GoalExecution. By using the App or Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.Account Registration:
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact us promptly.Acceptable Use:You agree not to:
· Use the App or Site for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
· Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, user accounts, data, or infrastructure.
· Upload, transmit, or share harmful, malicious, infringing, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content.
· Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or performance of the App or Site.
· Misuse AI-assisted features, payment-related features, calendar feeds, invitations, exports, or shared planning tools.
· Upload or share content that you do not have the right to use, upload, or share.Goal Planning, Group Activity, and User Content:
GoalExecution allows users to create and participate in goals, including personal and group goals. Goals may include tasks, budgets, budget categories, contributions, expenses, payment instructions, polls, calendar items, rules, notes, links, files, images, receipts, vendor information, messages, participants, and other planning content.You are responsible for the content you add to GoalExecution. By adding content to the App or Site, you confirm that you have the right to use and share that content. You also grant GoalExecution a limited license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the App and Site.Goal content may be visible to other participants in the applicable goal. You should not add sensitive, confidential, or private information to a goal unless you are comfortable sharing that information with the applicable participants.
Planning Hub, Notes, Files, and AttachmentsGoalExecution may include planning tools such as Planning Hub, which allows users to create, upload, store, organize, and share notes, links, images, files, receipts, vendor details, ideas, and other content connected to a goal.You are responsible for reviewing any content you upload or share. Do not upload sensitive documents, private information, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or other confidential information unless you are comfortable with that information being stored and shared with the applicable goal participants.
We may place limits on file size, attachment count, note count, storage, or other usage in order to maintain performance, prevent abuse, and support free and paid feature tiers.Financial Transactions and Budget Tracking:GoalExecution may allow you to track contributions, expenses, payment instructions, shared budgets, budget categories, and shared financial goals.GoalExecution is not a bank, money transmitter, payment processor, escrow service, financial institution, lender, broker, investment adviser, or insurance provider. We do not hold, transfer, insure, or manage user funds.All transactions, contributions, expenses, balances, payment instructions, and shared financial information recorded in the App are for informational, planning, and organizational purposes only. Users are responsible for making, receiving, verifying, and reconciling any payments outside of GoalExecution unless a supported third-party payment integration is made available.Budget estimates, contribution targets, expense records, and payment instructions are not financial, tax, legal, lending, accounting, or investment advice.You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all financial information before relying on it.AI-Assisted Features and Budget Suggestions:GoalExecution may offer AI-assisted features, including task suggestions, budget suggestions, budget options, category explanations, planning prompts, and other recommendations.AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience and planning purposes only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, accepting, rejecting, or deleting AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with others.AI-generated budget suggestions are editable planning placeholders. They are not guaranteed costs, live market prices, vendor quotes, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, lending advice, or personalized financial guidance. GoalExecution does not guarantee that suggested budgets, categories, assumptions, or estimated amounts will match actual costs, availability, vendor pricing, or the final amount needed to complete a goal.Calendar Feed:
GoalExecution may allow you to create a read-only calendar feed for a goal. Calendar feeds may include goal dates, deadlines, tasks, polls, events, and other goal-related calendar items.Calendar feed links may be accessible to anyone who has the link. You are responsible for controlling who you share a calendar feed link with. If you believe a calendar feed link has been shared with someone who should not have access, you should disable or regenerate the link in the App if that option is available.Calendar feeds are provided for convenience. GoalExecution does not control how quickly Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, or other third-party calendar providers refresh subscribed calendars. Changes made in a third-party calendar app will not update your GoalExecution goal.
Exports and Shared Goal Plans
GoalExecution may allow you to export or share goal plans, summaries, budgets, tasks, dates, participants, rules, notes, calendar items, and other goal-related information. You are responsible for reviewing exported content before sharing it. Anyone you share an export with may be able to view the information included in that export.Premium Features, Subscriptions, and Goal Pass:GoalExecution may offer free features and paid features, including subscriptions, one-time purchases, and other premium tools. Paid features may include, but are not limited to, higher goal or member limits, expanded AI suggestions, premium budget options, Planning Hub features, calendar feed access, export tools, and other features made available within the App.GoalExecution Plus is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks certain premium features across eligible goals you lead, subject to the limits and terms shown in the App at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed through Apple using your Apple ID. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.Goal Pass is a one-time purchase for a specific goal. Goal Pass unlocks certain premium features for that goal, subject to the limits and terms shown in the App at the time of purchase. Goal Pass applies only to the goal for which it is purchased and does not create a general subscription or unlock premium features for other goals.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. GoalExecution does not directly collect or store your full payment card information. Refund requests and billing issues are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.
We may change, add, remove, or update free and paid features over time. If we make changes to paid features, we will do so in a way that is consistent with applicable law and App Store requirements.Third-Party Services:GoalExecution may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, notifications, AI processing, storage, payment verification, crash reporting, calendar compatibility, and other functions needed to operate the App and Site. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those third parties’ terms and policies.Intellectual Property:All content, features, design elements, trademarks, logos, software, and other intellectual property of GoalExecution are owned by GoalExecution LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App or Site without permission, except as allowed by law.You retain ownership of content you submit to GoalExecution, subject to the limited license described in these Terms that allows us to operate and provide the App and Site.Disclaimer of Warranties:The App and Site are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and security to the maximum extent permitted by law.We do not guarantee that the App or Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that AI-generated suggestions, budget estimates, calendar feeds, notifications, exports, or shared planning tools will be accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for your needs.Limitation of Liability:To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoalExecution LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of GoalExecution, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, financial losses, disputes between users, missed deadlines, inaccurate budget estimates, failed notifications, calendar feed delays, purchase issues handled by Apple, or reliance on AI-generated suggestions.Termination:We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users or GoalExecution, misused the App or Site, or engaged in unlawful or harmful activity.You may stop using GoalExecution at any time. Certain information may remain stored as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, or support shared goals involving other users.Changes to These Terms:We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the App or Site after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.Governing Law:These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.Contact Us:If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].
